Regulated activities

Blackground Defence Systems S.R.L. operates strictly within its registered activities. Counter-UAS work is limited to detection and warning. Drone programmes are training and simulation, not pilot certification. Any supply, brokering, or export of regulated military or dual-use systems, and any defence-sector contracting, is undertaken only once the required authorisations and clearances — including those of the Romanian Department for Export Controls (ANCEX) — are in place, in accordance with Romanian, EU, and international law.

4. Hosting

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. The provider acts as our processor and may process the server log data described above on our behalf.

Data may be transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and transfers are additionally safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Fonts

Typefaces are hosted on our own server and loaded directly from this domain. No connection to Google Fonts or any third-party font provider is established, and no data is transmitted to such providers when you view this site.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website does not set any cookies and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. No usage profiles are created.

7. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
